Highly recommend Elsi. (Marleny) for anyone who is looking for a full-time nanny. She has been performing full-time M-F nanny duties for our son from the time he was 6-months old until now (almost 1-year old). We would love to keep her, but are no longer in need of nanny services. As first time parents without any grandparents nearby, Marleny's wealth of knowledge and experience working with babies helped us immensely. She was a great resource to run parenting ideas by and she offered timely suggestions when we needed them most. More importantly, Marleny has a genuine passion and love for working with children. From the beginning, she was very warm and nurturing with our son and they quickly grew a bond - his face "lighting up" when she walks in the room. Marleny has all the qualities of a reliable, trustworthy, and successful nanny. We really can't say enough great things about Marleny and, again, highly recommend her as a nanny.
