I have known Elsa for many years -- first as a neighbor and then as a sitter. Simply put, my children loved having her come over to take care of them and we loved knowing that she was in charge and our children were happy! Elsa is responsible, trustworthy, poised, mature and fun. She was very attentive to our expectations as parents, and asked insightful questions about rules, potential allergies and habits. But she also had fun with our daughters, playing games, talking and giving them a glimpse of what lay ahead in school. I thoroughly appreciate the time Elsa spent with us and highly recommend her as a caregiver.
