About Eloyna

I've been a home health provider for approximately 10 years and have advanced skills in basic wound treatment, infection prevention and medication management. In my last position, I worked as a private home aid where I took care of patients with dementia, stroke, aphasia, cancer, hospice, and clients recovering from surgery. I visited patients in their homes, administered medication, assisted with daily activities, meal prep, feeding and any other tasks needed by my client. Along with my professional experience in caring for geriatric patients and those with chronic conditions, l have been working on my LPN License and hopefully soon my RN. My passion for collaboration allows me to work with other caregivers and other health professionals to develop a plan that prioritizes the patient's comfort while providing excellent care. I'm also fluent in Spanish, which helps me communicate with a wider range of patients.
