When I first welcomed Eloísa into my home as the nanny/caregiver for my newborn daughter, life was incredibly busy and hectic. As a new mother, the whirlwind of responsibilities felt overwhelming. Eloísa, with her many years of invaluable experience and an intuitive understanding of family care, stepped in seamlessly, providing support in ways I hadn’t even anticipated. Eloísa’s extraordinary dedication to childcare is evident in every interaction she has with my daughter, who, now two and a half, is impressively fluent in Spanish thanks to Eloísa’s efforts. It’s not just language; it’s the warmth and educational quality of their interactions that amaze me daily. Even in simple moments, like asking about her day in Spanish, my daughter’s understanding and responses show the deep impact of Eloísa’s care. More than just a nanny, Eloísa has been a pillar of support for our family. Her kindness extends beyond the call of duty—whether it’s bringing a thoughtful treat to brighten my day when she can tell I’m having a hard one or selecting a sweet, charming purse as a random gift to my daughter to play with because she knows she’s in a “purse” stage.☺️Eloisa cares with a rare sincerity, treating my daughter as if she were her own, which has been especially meaningful to me as I navigated the journey from new motherhood to being a single parent. Eloísa’s role in our lives has been transformative, making every day a little easier and a lot brighter. I can honestly say, I don’t know where I would be without her. Her presence is a gift—a blend of professionalism, empathy, and genuine affection that is hard to find. She also follows any specific needs/wants/requests your family may have such as ways to discipline, a certain schedule, etc. As far as discipline, Eloísa has never needed to in my home given the way she works with kids from the very beginning in my opinion. She gains the respect of children and therefore, with my daughter at least, she listens to every word without Eloísa ever needing to raise her voice one bit to get my child to listen. My daughter does so because she loves and respects Eloísa. Any family fortunate enough to have Eloísa join them would be gaining not just a nanny/caregiver, but a truly remarkable person who brings light and love into everything she does. Whoever hires Eloísa will find that while she will feel very grateful for the job, in my opinion, it is the family—and more specifically, the children—who will be the truly fortunate ones to have Eloísa in their home and lives. Her exceptional care and profound impact on our household speak volumes of her capabilities and the immense value she brings wherever she goes. I would give her 10-stars if I could.💖
