My main goal is to make their life feel seamless between times when their parents aren't there. My childcare goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where children feel safe and you feel comfortable with your childcare choice! I'm also happy to enforce any household rules you already have in place, help with homework, pick up and drop off, etc. My schedule is incredibly flexible and nannying is my top priority. I have a reliable car and a perfect driving record. Im creative and fun and love making sure your little ones have the best day when we're together. Literally the BEST. Eloise is so fun for the kids, and we parents love her too! She is thoughtful and creative and full of energy for the littles... She grew up as the oldest of 4, and her natural ability with little ones has come right through. She's also so neat and tidy, which we LOVE. (What is up with these sitters who don't clean up?!) That is NOT Eloise. She's the best tidier, and the kids adore her. Highly recommend.
