Eloisa has both extensive informal and professional experience with children (newborn through grade school). She is more than just a babysitter . . . Eloisa engages in fun activities that promote learning and is creative. She provides positive reinforcement with behavioral management (and has helped our daughter develop good habits). Eloisa has helped us develop a good play/feeding routine and has supported our parenting style. She is very communicative and has such positive energy. We are thankful to have had her as our daughter's nanny for the time we needed a trustworthy, positive role model to help our daughter grow.
