I've had the privilege of caring for children in various capacities, from babysitting to volunteering, and these experiences have shown me how much of a positive impact you can have on a kids life. It's wonderful to know that I can be a source of support and guidance in a kid's life and also contribute to the well being of the entire family. I value taking the time to get to know each child's individual and unique needs, interests, and personalities. I understand that all children have unique needs, emotions, and challenges, and it's crucial to remain calm and patient when addressing their concerns or behavioral issues. I also believe that clear and open communication with both children and parents is key to a successful childcare experience for everyone. I always want to make sure that any child under my care feels secure and supported as they navigate various life experiences. I've been babysitting since I was 13 and I've also done larger childcare groups for my synagogue.
