About Elmira

I am mature and loving, caring and attentive nanny with knowledge about child development. I love and adore being around children. I have background kindergarten teacher, experience caring for infants up to preschool age children full and part time more than five years. I am a creative and love to stimulate little ones imagination (play subject game, devise and use a finger puppet for different story, look at the sky). I am patient and wait for a baby to make a decision, so one would grow as a person. My first priority is baby fells comfortable and secure with me. Also I am a former ESL teacher with well-educated background. I am happy, self-starter and upbeat personality also a mother of one gown up son. My strong characteristics are responsible and organized. I work as a team with parents following their schedule and instructions. I like to discussion with parents about baby s successes.
