Ellison provided thorough and thoughtful answers to interview questions. She arrived 15 minutes ahead of the requested time. Upon arrival she asked about the location of First Aid supplies and located the fire extinguisher. Our kids are 12 and 10 so we emphasized that they should do as much as possible for themselves just with her guidance/supervision. We appreciate Ellison honoring that request and making sure the kids got to bed on time. We thought we would have to make the dog stay in the backyard. Our dog is a rescue who doesn't usually warm up to new faces easily, but within a few seconds of meeting Ellison she was eagerly following her around the house. I hope Ellison can babysit for us again, and I would recommend her to other families. (but please not on the nights we need her)
