Hi, I'm Ellisa! I'm a senior college student on winter break seeking temporary childcare opportunities. I have extensive experience caring for children from infancy to early childhood, having babysat for family members and family friends since I was 14. I've worked with children ages 6 months to 3 years and enjoy creating a supportive and engaging environment where they feel safe and cared for. I also have experience working with school-age children. As part of a club at my college, I lead science demonstrations and experiments for elementary, middle, and high school students, sparking curiosity and excitement about STEM subjects. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to help with light housekeeping, homework (especially STEM-related), meal prep, and creating enriching activities. Ellisa did an amazing job watching my nephew (age 7) a couple of months ago while I attended a work event. Her friend, who usually watches him, was unavailable that evening and recommended Ellisa instead. Having a young child can be hectic, but Ellisa made everything so much easier. She helped him with his homework, got him ready for bed, and tucked him in for the night. Even after that, she went above and beyond by staying a little longer to assist with light housekeeping. Her dedication, patience, and thoughtfulness were truly appreciated. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and caring childcare.
