*I'm moving to OR in May (date is flexible)* I'd describe my personality as compassionate, goofy, and honest. I like caring for people with special needs because their uniqueness brings joy into the lives of those around them. I find that even a small role in each success story is an accomplishment itself! My journey started as a gymnastics coach for ages 2-17. I ran a special needs class that changed my entire life path! I transitioned into a full-time special needs caregiver role while finishing my psychology degree. Then, I moved into work as a Behavior Technician and started my Masters in ABA. Working with these wonderful children/adults helped me build & refine many skills! I adapt quickly in novel situations and can maintain a calm, light-hearted presence even in challenging moments.
