*Moving to Oregon - Start date 6/9/2025* I'd describe my personality as compassionate, goofy, and honest. I adapt quickly to novel situations while keeping a calm, lighthearted presence. I am not afraid to be silly, and will make sure I arrive ready to have fun! I am comfortable changing diapers, giving medication, caring for sick children, and transporting them to/from school or other activities! Quick Background: I coached gymnastics for 6yrs! I was the lead coach for ages 2-17 & even ran a class for kids with special needs! After that, I worked full time as a special needs caregiver and finished my psychology degree. Then, I transitioned to work as a Behavior Technician and started my Masters in ABA! I'm currently a caregiver for wonderful preschooler twins, but will be transitioning to Portland soon for my wife's work!

Mars (Elliot) has been a blessing for our family! The level of dedication, patience, pediatric behavioral knowledge, flexibility to our schedule needs, adaptability, zest for kiddo fun/crafts/energy, and overall love and kindness shown to our 3.5 year old twins has been exemplary!! Mars has guided us on tools to help potty train my son while building him up emotionally versus tearing him down, and works on motivation techniques/tools to help my daughter be more respectful and kind in her interactions. Navigating toddler emotions and calming meltdowns is like a magic Mars weilds - and my husband and I look to learn from. Overall we consider Mars family and I know my kids are cared for with integrity, thoughtfulness, energy, protection, and love. Hiring Mars as our full-time Nanny has been one of my greatest parental decisions to date <3
