About Elliot

Hi everyone! My first name is Elliot, but I typically go by the name Mars. I am compassionate, goofy, and flexible! I adapt quickly to novel situations while keeping a calm, lighthearted presence. I am not afraid to be silly, and will make sure I arrive ready to have fun! I have worked with children of all ages & abilities. I babysat as a teenager, and began coaching gymnastics at 16yrs. I led classes for ages 3 to 17, including a class for children with disabilities. After 6yrs of coaching, I decided to work full time as a special needs caregiver while finishing my bachelor's degree in psychology. After graduation, I moved across the country and found a job working as a Behavior Technician. I am currently working towards a masters in Applied Behavior Analysis with the intention to continue growing the skills of special needs individuals.
