Hello! My name is Elliot and I am currently seeking a fun family to work with. I am studying English (Writing/Literature major) at BMCC in order to become a teacher. This fall will be my last semester, after which I will transfer to Brooklyn College. All of my classes are online which is great because it allows to me have flexible availability. I am also a substitute teacher at a K-8 school in Carroll Gardens. I would love to find a job in the afternoons, ideally ~3 p.m. until ~7 p.m. I've always enjoyed working with children/young adults and believe educating young people is the best investment in humanity's future. I desire a career that is fulfilling and allows me to develop meaningful relationships with people. I have experience being a nanny for multiple families back in my hometown of San Francisco and one family here in Brooklyn. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Elliot is currently the after school babysitter for our two high-energy sons, ages 8 and 11. He is an incredible babysitter and my sons really love him. Elliot takes our kids to various after-school activities all over the city. When he's home with the kids, they play, so their homework and he even brought books to read to/with them. There have been days when Elliot watches our son for full days (eg when their schools are closed) and he plans fun activities and excursions for them including taking them to play tennis! Elliot has a culinary background and cooks meals for our kids on nights when we are out. He connects with our sons around their interests and hobbies and is a great communicator with my husband and me. Elliot is punctual and reliable. Highly recommend!
