About Elliet

I'm a Sophomore and an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma at UCF. I'm also a team captain for Miracle Network's Knight-Thon organization where we raise money for children in the hospital and host fun events for them. I have experience babysitting for family friends and being a camp counselor. I'm a very active person who enjoys the outdoors and arts and crafts. My family and friends have always described me as very compassionate, patient, and a good listener. I have a very nurturing and fun personality and get along well with kids. I'm great at keeping a lighthearted environment while also being responsible and keeping boundaries. After working in the restaurant industry for years, I've prided myself in becoming adaptable and good at conflict resolution. I've implemented effective behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors in a positive manner.
