I have known Ellie for her entire life and she has loved working with children since she became a full time nanny at the wonderful age of four. Since then her child care skills have only improved and helped her grow to be the caring and devoted young woman and that she is today. I could speak volumes to Ellie capability as an ideal nanny but the children she cares for have spoken for themselves. Ellie has been requested to attend birthday parties and family vacations on more than one occasion over the years. Children have pleaded that their parents go out for dinner just so Ellie can come over to make cookies and help them put on a puppet show. She always conducts herself professionally, respects confidentially, and is able to connect with children of all ages. Ellie is great under pressure while remaining calm and level headed in all scenarios that warrant her attention. She is great at mediating sibling conflicts and is more than happy to comply with the normal routines of any household. I hope that you will seriously consider Ellie for this position and I am confident that her past experiences have adequately prepared her. She has always been loved by children and parents alike and it brings me joy to know that she will be making a positive influence on the lives of many more children through this experience.
