About Ellie

As a caregiver, my rewarding experiences in babysitting roles inspired me to pursue a career where I could make a positive impact on the lives of children and support families. My friendly and patient nature allows me to connect with children easily, and I always prioritize their safety and well-being. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and maintaining consistency. To keep parents informed about their child's day, I provide regular updates via text or phone call and engage in verbal communication during pickup. With five years of experience as a childcare provider, I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at a time. My educational background includes some college coursework. I studied elementary education prior to my mission. Now I am currently attending BYU studying communication disorders.
