About Ellie

I like working with kids because they bring such a positive energy to environments. I like being able to bring a supportive environment to them as well. I'm looking for a job that offers new experiences and doing something different daily. Being outside, using my creative skills, and creating a fun environment are what I'm looking for in a job. I mainly started working with kids when I became a lifeguard and swim lessons instructor after I turned 17, however I started babysitting when I was 12ish. In my spare time, I like to go to the beach, do crafts, camp, find new coffee shops, and much more! One thing you should know about me is I tend to have so many thoughts I can get "spacey". I also tend to sometimes have poor communication, I'm working on that by asking for help. I handle conflicts/ high stress and intense situations well due to my management positions and being a lifeguard. My skills include patience, listening skills, communication, empathy, etc.
