*Unable to take new families until September- so sorry!* Hello! My name is Elizabeth but I go by 'Ellie'. I find great joy and fulfillment working with families and children. I am seeking a safe, supportive, and comfortable place to work. I thrive in maintaining and cultivating those kinds of environments, as safety is my #1 priority. I've worked with kids of all ages; as a lead Montessori-style preschool teacher for 0-24-month-olds, camp counselor, nanny, babysitter, and caretaker. I have lots of experience working with kids with disabilities, especially ASD. From overnights and long weekends, to early morning hours and late nights, I work around the clock! My skills include active listening, de-escalation, guiding emotional regulation, healthy love & honest communication. I also excel when it's time to play!
