About Elle

Hello families! My name is Elle, and I am so excited to meet you (hopefully)! A little bit about me, I have 4 years of professional childcare experience in a licensed childcare center. I worked with ages ranging from infants to school age, with an emphasis on ages 2. 5-4 years old. I have no preference on specific age groups, I am open to working with all ages. Overall, I have 6 years of experience working with children including babysitting opportunities with families that I was able to build positive relationships with! My philosophy: I aim to have a good understanding of each family's own personal beliefs and/or parenting strategies and I try my best to model that. At the end of the day, you are the parent and I am coming in your home to look after your child/children. I am also a middle school & high school basketball coach so I am comfortable with middle school/high schoolers as well! I look forward to learning more about you and hope to talk soon! :)
