I currently am working at a group home for teenagers, prior I worked at a residential placement for youth with developmental trauma as the Adventure Coordinator. From my experience working closely with youth from a variety of ages and different backgrounds, I have come to the understanding that not all children learn and engage in the same manner. Due to this I have a different approach with each child, depending on their needs.

We hired Ellen to watch our kids for a couple evenings while we were in town for a wedding, and she was absolutely great! My kids (3&7) are typically watched by family members, but they took to Ellen immediately and had a great time with her. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and 100% recommend her!
