About Ellen

Hi, my name is Ellen and I'm currently living in Venice. I've worked as a full-time nanny for school age children in the past, also tutoring, helping out around the house, grocery shopping, and making dinner - and these positions were so much fun, it never felt like work, so after getting a Master's degree at UCLA and trying out a desk job, I'm hoping to shift gears back to what doing what really feels like "me" and transition into becoming a career nanny/family assistant. I love playing with kids, helping them grow and develop, cooking healthy meals, and lending a hand wherever necessary to help a household run smoothly. In my free time, I enjoy beach volleyball, running, yoga, hiking and backpacking, gardening, and reading. Open to live-in or live-out, ideally within a few miles of Venice, looking forward to finding a great family fit! I'm also fluent in Spanish.
