Ellen took care of my great grand aunt for several months before she transitioned. She was kind, caring and attentive to my aunt. Ellen took my aunt to her doctor's appointments, to care of her personal needs and maintained her living area as well. The only thing I had to do is spend quality time with my aunt when I returnee home from work because Ellen made sure I did not have to do too besides the basic needs that my aunt required. Ellen was available to stay overnight and additional ours when requested. I would highly recommend Ellen.
