About Ellen

I love children of all ages (newborn to pre-teen) having raised 4 children (all born in less than 5 years). My children are now all adults in well respected professional fields with their own children (ages 4, 2 1/2, 22 months & 10 months). I enjoy playtime whether inside or outside, encouraging reading and imaginative thought & play. I'm not afraid to get dirty or sit on the floor to promote play. I'm looking forward to helping moms and dads achieve healthy and happy atmosphere for your child's growth during my time with them. I'm available weeknights in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area, with my own car. I hold current CPR/First Aid certifications and have formerly held the Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (expired). I am familiar with childhood food allergies and asthmatic children (inhaler & nebulizer operation) and don't mind doing light cooking. I'm comfortable with Pets and am a Non-Smoker.
