Ellen is a great nanny. I have a six-month-old daughter who got along with her right away. Before Ellen started, we had a previous nanny we had to let go because of my daughter not being taken care of well. When Ellen started, she was able to read my daughter's cues and suggested how to help her. Within a couple days, my daughter was back to normal. Ellen does an amazing job of looking after our daughter and helping her grow and explore. I highly recommend Ellen to all parents.
