About Ellen

I'd describe my personality as genuine, compassionate and energetic. I like working with kids because it is always a learning experience and I really appreciate how authentic they are. I'm looking for a job that allows me to teach kids good core values and self confidence while having safe/fun experiences. I started working with kids when I was in high school (2013) as a babysitter and then professionally in college as a mentor in treatment centers and as a volunteer coach for soccer teams. In my spare time, I like to hike, paddle board, do yoga, read, dance, sing and much more. I love to laugh and am usually very light hearted. I have experience as a Registered Behavior Technician doing behavioral therapy and have my certification in basic life support. I am also fully vaccinated. I have 2 years experience nannying for infants. I am a full spectrum birth doula and am passionate about working with new families. I am a certified yoga teacher as well.
