Hi! I grew up in a house where my mom rescued dogs and cats. She found homes for almost all of them. We kept 6. We had 18 dogs at one time. I had a large backyard that we had to separate the dogs with some inside the house too. We have always fed the stray cats and try to catch and neuter them. Recently I watched a dog for an hour a day Mon thru Fri and took care of her for about 6 months. The owner worked 12 hour shifts and told me that if I hadn't helped with her, he would have to give her away with tears in his eyes. So I offered to help. He was very grateful. I love all animals, but dogs are my favorite.
