My whole life, I have had a special place in my heart for those with special needs and challenges. Throughout elementary and middle school, I volunteered frequent in the Independent Skills Classroom. In highschool, I began nannying and have worked for multiple families whose children have had special needs. I am patient, kind and gentle while still being fun and engaging. As an attentive care giver, I prioritise safety and support. I have experience working through emotional regulation and communication barriers. I am comfortable with providing support with daily tasks, housekeeping, and transportation.
