About Ella

I have worked as a babysitter on and off for the past for six years as well as a ski coach for children ages 3-5, and I've always been drawn to the positive impact I can have on children's lives. My patient and friendly nature combined with my childhood growing up with three younger sisters makes it easy for me to connect with children of all ages. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents and always follow their preferred methods. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and follow the parents' lead. My favorite games to play with children are outdoor sports and board games. I am CPR-trained and willing to help with carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I'm looking for the opportunity to support another family and provide a reliable childcare option for them.
