About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella! With three years of experience in childcare, I have a high amount of confidence for providing a safe environment. My friendly and outgoing attitude allows me to easily connect with kids building strong relationships. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents. Keeping everyone well-informed about our day. I typically follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, respecting their parenting style and values. My approach involves a mix of fun and educational activities. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles! I am completely comfortable around pets, as I have one of my own :) I'm also a skilled swimmer and would love to teach children how to swim safely. I have taught swim lessons in recent years (3) and would consider myself a very confident swimmer. I have a CPR, First Aid and WSI certification, along with a clean driving record and reliable car.
