Hi there! My name is Ella and I would love to spend time with your kiddos. I have been a registered behavior technician providing therapy for kids with autism for the past 4. 5 years. I am in school at Ball State University pursuing Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification. I bring my own huge collection of books, toy dinosaurs, puzzles, and each kid will get one balloon at the end as reinforcement for good behavior if the day goes well! I love pets and will care for them too! I am CPR certified and also a certified postpartum infant care doula. Excited to get to know you and help out your family!

It was so wonderful to get Ella's help to care for our preschool child. As soon as you see how she interacts with a little one, you would know she has a lot of experience and a big heart. She listens well to our son, asks many great questions so that our son engages in conversational exchanges actively and happily. She is great at making indoor play more fun with creative ideas as well as energetically letting him explore the outdoors while ensuring safety. She also offers a variety of advice. For example, she offered a lot of practical advice on potty training and how to talk to a toddler in an effective way, which I think helped us learn a lot as parents. Above all, I think her warm and upbeat personality makes everything so easy and fun both for parents and kids. The only thing is our son gets a little sad after she leaves and announced "I love Ella" right after she left. We definitely would like to continue getting her help when she is available.
