About Ella

I am looking for a summer nanny job from mid-May to August. I'm looking for a family that is fun, communicative, and is eager to form a relationship with me. I'd describe my personality as energetic, intelligent, fun-loving, and dedicated. I like working with kids because they are full of fun energy and have a genuine curiosity for the world around them. I started working with kids when I was 15. I like to read, sing, and play games. I like to paddle board and I love swimming. I love being outdoors and engaging in fun activities instead of staying inside. I have worked as a lifeguard for the past four years. I was trained to work under high stress, which means I am calm and rational in emergency situations. I am very adept at handling severe food allergies because I have one myself. My additional skills include compassion and understanding for children's wants and needs, creativity for when we need a fun activity to occupy the time, and problem-solving for when things get tough.
