Ella is calm, patient, and considerate to both our children and us as her employer. She was often tasked with watching our 5.5-year-old, 3.5-year-old and occasionally watched our 7-month-old. Ella always has a positive attitude and a smile. She is great at recapping the day, and helping explain to children why/how they can redirect their behavior. She takes direction well and goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are enjoying themselves and parents feel supported. We entrusted Ella to drive our children to the library, museums, and parks. She is imaginative and collaborative and we recommend Ella whole-heartedly.
