I hired Ella to watch my 3 year olds and best friend's 9 year old boy and wow could I not ask for a better job! She came right in time and just sweet as can be. 3 year olds are a lot to handle and she did wonderfully! The kids all couldn't stop telling me how much fun she was and how they wanted again. 100% would tell any parent looking for a sitter that she's a keeper.
