Ella is our current nanny. She started when we had 3 kids under 3. I had two premie infants. She is beyond capable, confident, and is great to have in our home. She is part of family and genuinely loves our kids. She is capable with medical compromised kiddos, infants, toddlers, and helps with our two dogs. She is a phenomenal person and we are so blessed to have her in our lives. I don't worry about my kids at all when I'm not home and when I am home is is a second pair of hands and is so comfortable to be around. We love her. But more importantly my kids are safe and happy when she is there.
