About Ella

Hi!! I'm Ella :) I'd describe my personality as compassionate, kind, and hard-working. I like working with kids because I love watching them grow and thrive. I am a nursing major hoping to work in pediatrics, so being around and helping kids is what I want to do with my life. I'm looking for a job that can build a trust between me and the guardians so they feel comfortable with me being around their child/children. I started working with kids when I was 11. I started as a babysitter with occasional and consistent jobs. I have also been a camp counselor for 4 and 5-year-olds for over two years. For the last year, I have nannied for a family in Columbia for a child starting at 4 months old until 16 months old. Sadly, they are moving so my time with him has ended :( One thing you should know about me is I will go above and beyond to build a trust between the kids and me, as well as you and me. My skills include problem-solving, communication, and patience.
