About Ella

I've been working as a childcare provider for the past 7 years, and I'm passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children. My experience at an Autism Center solidified my desire to work with special needs kids. I'm a creative, friendly, and outgoing person who loves playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I'm also comfortable caring for pets. My goal is to provide a reliable, nurturing environment for children of all ages, and I'm confident that my skills and experience make me an ideal childcare provider. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and I'm committed to helping them reach their full potential. I'm happy to communicate with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise, and I'm somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules. I have a college degree and am CPR and First Aid certified. I have my own car and am comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from infants to preteens.
