About Ella

I've always had a love of nurturing the growth and development of children. After working in a pre-k classroom as an assistant, I found great joy in positively impacting my students lives. I feel my caring and friendly nature creates a safe and nurturing environment for children. I believe in having open communication with parents and following their preferred methods to ensure there's no room for confusion. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a structured and safe environment for the children while in my care. I enjoy spending time out in nature, cleaning/organizing, and doing arts and crafts with kids. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from toddlers to preteens. I love friendly animals.
