My name is Ella and I am a senior at Menlo School in Atherton, CA. With a year of experience and some high school coursework in early child development (specifically a 3-week pre-college program at Brown University), I've gained the knowledge and skills to provide a safe and nurturing environment for your children. I am patient, calm, and friendly, and I strive to create a positive and enriching atmosphere where children can thrive. I believe in open communication and follow the parents' preferred method to discuss their child's day and any concerns that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect for their parenting style. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games, puzzles, and educational activities, I love engaging children in diverse and enriching play experiences. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages, and I'm happy to assist with light housekeeping tasks.
