About Ella

I've been a childcare provider for the past two years, and I'm passionate about helping children learn and grow. I believe every child deserves a chance to reach their full potential, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive. I'm creative and imaginative, and I love coming up with new and engaging activities for the children in my care. I'm also friendly and approachable, and I make it a point to get to know each child individually so that I can best meet their needs. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in being open and honest. I provide regular updates on their child's day and am always available to discuss any concerns or issues that may arise. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, and I work hard to ensure that the children in my care are safe and well-behaved. In my free time, I enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games with children, as well as board games and puzzles.
