About Ella

Hello! My name is Ella I am a current junior at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville! I am an out going individual who prides myself on my creativity, determination, and responsibility. I truly am a problem solver and feel as if I can fix any issue that may arise calmly and efficiently. I have 6 years of child care experience, with 3 of those years being spent at a daycare working with kids of all ages. I am a Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism major specializing in Hospitality and Tourism with the goal of becoming an event planner. You may be wondering why this is a relevant piece of information. To that I say, because planning fun events is something I am passionate about. Therefore I am always thinking up fun activities and events to do with the children I care for. I would love to form a relationship with the family of the children as I feel it's important for them to see all adults in their life have positive interactions.
