About Ella

I've been a childcare provider for six years, and I'm excited to continue nurturing the growth and development of children. I'm passionate about making a positive impact on their lives, which is why I became a caregiver in the first place. On top of this I am an older sister to two younger siblings, which has given me all the experience one can need. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can flourish. I find it essential to maintain open communication with parents. I always give verbal updates at pickup, and I'm happy to follow any preferred communication method parents may have. With my experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and enforcing household rules. I enjoy a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games.
