I love working with kids because childcare is such an amazing career to be in! Being the person to encourage their creativity, learning, and development is such an amazing thing to be a part of. My nieces were homeschooled their first year and fully seeing them grasp new ideas, learn, and do things they've never done before was truly won't have the greatest things ever! I love working with kids because I believe it's our job as their role models to guide and teach them! I started working with kids when I was about 13 or 14 years old. I began with watching a toddler and later began watching a 9-month-old when I was 16, and watched her until she was about 2! I also have 3 nieces under 6 and was helping my sister with them since they were newborns :) My skills include communication, patience, enthusiasm!

Ella was great! She was incredibly reliable. Good with both my toddler and baby. She was such a hard worker always looking for something else she could help with like dishes, food prep, cleaning and organization.
