Ella is amazing with kids!!! We were fortunate to find and have her at a time when it was greatly needed. She immediately connected and engaged with our boys (5 & 2.5). Our family will truly miss her. She is dependable, reliable, flexible, cares so much about the kids, is trustworthy and I know they are safe and in good hands with her.
