My wife and I hired Ella multiple times to watch our three kids (ages 3-6) when we had events to attend where we could not bring the kids or just needed a night out. We recognized Ella's professionalism in working with parents and her tact in working with children right away which immediately put us at ease - especially having moved to a place where we knew no one. Our kids loved having "Miss Ella" around and would always ask when she was coming back to see them. Given the opportunity, we would absolutely hire Ella again!
