About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella and I am 20 years old. I am currently a sophomore at Boise State University studying nursing. I would describe my personality as being very kind, compassionate, and bubbly! I absolutely love being around kids and building meaningful connections with them. I have 8 years of babysitting experience, which has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of children's needs and how to support their growth and happiness. Every child is unique, and I take pride in tailoring my approach to suit their individual personalities and interests. My goal is not just to care for children, but to build lasting relationships with families, and to make a meaningful impact in their lives. I believe in creating uplifting environments that help children grow both emotionally and intellectually. Outside of work, I enjoy singing, acting, playing guitar, being around animals, being outdoors, and hanging out with friends! I look forward to connecting with you and your kiddos!
