About Ella

I am a compassionate and experienced caregiver with a strong background in early childhood education and a deep understanding of child-centered learning approaches. As a part-time instructor, I have worked closely with children ages 3-6, leading creative activities, fostering literacy, and developing musical and writing skills. My Montessori education and experience teaching in a democratic school environment have shaped my ability to encourage independence, curiosity, and confidence in children. With a background in music, including studying violin performance and teaching young students, I bring creativity and a love for the arts to my work with children. Paired with my organizational skills as an office administrator, I am committed to providing a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment for children to thrive. My goal is to create meaningful connections and support children's development in all aspects of their lives.
