About Ella

I really enjoy working with kids and I aspire to be a child psychologist. I also have a younger sister, and our 11-year age difference has given me a lot of fun experiences and unique perspectives. I want to be a supportive figure for children, helping them navigate their feelings and experiences. I value opportunities that allow me to expand my skills and experiences that foster continuous learning. I began working with kids at age 11 when my sister was born, but I gained more hands-on experience starting at age 12 when I began babysitting for my neighbor's 3-year-old and taking on various odd jobs in the community. In my spare time, I enjoy embroidery, knitting, aerial silks, reading, and video games. My childcare skills include providing support and companionship while maintaining appropriate and clear boundaries. I believe that fostering a trusting relationship is essential, but it's equally important to establish clear limits to create a safe and nurturing environment.
