My most recent nannying gig was a ton of fun- taking care of an 8-month-old all the way up to his 2nd birthday! I love working long-term with families and really getting to watch children develop as people, I mean, how cool is that!? I think what really sets me apart from a lot of other folks is that I love to really understand kids. I think emotional intelligence is of huge importance especially when minds are so impressionable- one child I nannied told me "Grownups don't listen to me like you, Ella!" While on the job I love to craft, go to museums, have disco dance parties, and bake donuts! I love cultivating meaningful relationships with kiddos!

Ella is amazing! She has worked with our family 12-22 hrs a week for over the last year. She was our nanny for our soon to be 2 year old son and he adored her. She was sweet and loving but also great at creating boundaries. Above all she is trustworthy and really became a part of the family! She also babysat for our crazy dog! We are so lucky that we found someone we trust to take care of our babies!
