Greetings! Spending time with animals is my favorite role in life so far! As a pet owner, I know what it's like to worry when I have to go and leave my dogs behind with caregivers. I look forward to getting to know your pets and making them as comfortable as possible while you are away. I bring many years of experience in the care of household pets. I got my first dog at age 19. Since then I have raised 8 dogs from puppyhood, the last one was my beagle who lived to be 18 years old. I also worked as a professional pet sitter in Chicago, and I sit for family and friends' pets on occasion. Eventually, I would like to have my own pet sitting business! I have mostly done this work casually in the past but recently decided to get started on this venture. This is my first step! My skills include dog walking/exercise, caring for elderly pets, and creating bonds with animals. Sometimes pets can be weary of new situations. It is my job to meet them where they are at that moment in time.
