About Elizabeth

Growing up as the eldest female in a family of six children and babysitting since I was 12, let's just say I'm well-experienced. Though I have a degree in Biology, I also love writing, music, cooking, telling the occasional rainy day story, and going on nature walks and would absolutely love to do all of this with your children. I am currently looking for a position(s) that allows me to save money and gain even further experience with children as I pursue a Master's of Arts in Teaching. Since I will be full-time teaching in the fall, I can only commit to a summertime position, though I would be willing to work the occasional date night. Also, to note, I have 2 1/2 years experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at a respite care/bed and breakfast and with a family friend's autistic son. As far as scheduling, I do mentor/tutor a teenage girl from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesdays, but this will end when school comes to a close.
